
Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, NY challenged Dixon Schwabl + Company to create a thought-provoking piece inviting 1,500 potential guests to their annual fundraiser. They accepted the challenge – and the result was a captivating Wizard of Oz-themed invitation.
The die-cut invitation was printed on Cougar® 80 lb. cover and included a reply card and a select auction package insert. It was inserted into a black envelope with a mail label and mailed to 1,500 invitees.
This year’s event raised money for the creation of a new mobile medical clinic, which will improve access to healthcare for children who experience barriers to receiving care. Over 600 attendees were welcomed into the Land of Oz and $ 2.5 million dollars were raised.
